Luz Marina Fioravanti

Luz Marina Fioravanti graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2003. She specializes in Maritime Law, Customs Law and matters related to international transportation. While completing her university studies, she had worked in the Law Firm KL & Asociados and afterwards in the Law Firm Fernández Escudero, Roberts y Asociados. From 2004 to 2007 she lived in Barcelona, Spain, where she worked in the Freight Forwarding Companies: Aéreo de Vit Logística S.L. and Trans- Union S.A. which provide international transportation services and let her gain wide experience in International Transportation procedures. From 2007 to 2009 she worked in the Legal Department of Navicon S.A. She attended the Community Customs Law Refresher Program offered by the University of Buenos Aires – Law School. She has also attended different training conferences on Customs Procedures, on Current Difficulties in Imports Valuation and on Cases of Customs Infringement at the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires. In 2010, she attended the III International Conference on Customs Law at the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and the First International Congress of Customs Law of Mercosur at Universidad Austral (Argentine University). She is member of the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies and member of the Customs Law Institute of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires. She is proficient in Spanish and English.
